Refund, Return or Cancellation Policy

WE DON’T ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ORDERED THE CORRECT PRODUCT. YOU CAN REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATION THROUGH EMAIL info.silveratha@gmail.com BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

However, we accept returns only in the below circumstances.

• If there’s any manufacturing defect.
• Any stones have been fallen out or missing or damaged.
• Any damages in Transit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. YOU SHOULD ALSO PROVIDE US UNBOXING VIDEO WITHOUT ANY PAUSE OR CUTS SO THAT IT WOULD EASE UP YOUR RETURNS PROCESS.
